Now it's a high time to arrange a friendly match vs Cisco Jabber. Some identify Cisco Jabber with Webex messenger — there is a sensible grain in such opinion but we also note a difference too: WebEx has more features for video conferencing whilst Jabber is mostly good for general communication.

The final decision is always up to you, we just summarize. Cisco Jabber is really good and notable product with many texting and video conferencing features but we are not sure it matches all contact center demands. In terms of pipeline calls many hours in a row and supervisor's tasks Softphone.Pro solution seems to be more fitting.
