Dear reader, if you have never been here before and this review is the first you're reading, let us say that we collect and compare softphones for business — we have already reviewed Bria, Zoiper, 3CX, MicroSIP, Phonerlite, and a dozen of other solutions; the show is going on so come back, you will find something new and interesting.

But let's get back to CloudTalk. This is a call center software, and promises crystal-clear calls. The same we can say about Softphone.Pro (moreover, is not presumable but proven). So the battle is expected to be heated. What will it result in? Will it be a cloud nine or a cloud on the horizon?
