Softphone Software Review vol. 4 — PhonerLite
This story is about PhonerLite, a popular and free softphone. For many people acquaintance with VoIP began with this app — the first release appeared in 2005, it's older than MicroSIP, Acrobits, and even Zoiper with 3CX. The age is pretty venerable and we also note that the old school design corresponds it quite. The opponent — we mean Softphone.Pro — is younger and looks more modern in terms of interface.

The final decision is always up to you, we just summarize. PhonerLite is free, simple, and a bit old-fasioned in terms of interface. Softphone.Pro is cheap and offers many reporting options and much integration opportunities. In contrast to PhonerLite, it is good not only for individual use but also for teams. Looks like a good multitool for call centers and helpdesks.
