Call forwarding
Set up call forwarding in Softphone.Pro to not miss unanswered calls or temporarily redirect all calls to another number.
Call Forwarding feature requires Softphone.Pro to be up and running. Your PBX must support call forwarding feature.
1. Click the icon in the top left corner of the main Softphone.Pro window and select Settings from the dropdown menu (or use the CTRL-S shortcut):

2. Open Call Forwarding tab and set one or multiple phone numbers to forward cals to:

Phone number must have the same format you use to dial that number manually with Softphone.Pro.
3. Pick Call forwarding condition:

- All incoming calls
The call is redirected right after coming to Softphone.Pro. Incoming call window doesn't pop up. - If not answered for N seconds
Incoming call window pops up after call starts. If Agent doesn't answer the call for specified time, Softphone.Pro forwards the call.
4. Click Save.
5. In order to enable call forwarding open main menu by clicking the icon in the top-left corner:

6. Hover over Call forwarding option to see the list of forwarding numbers:

7. Pick the number from the list and click it:

8. Once the inbound call comes it will be forwarded immediately or after delay, depending on settings set during step 3.
