Transfer call (attended)

Make sure that you've added a Contact and made it available for transferring calls.

To perform consultative transfer call to the employee:

1. During the conversation make a new outgoing call to the employee to agree consultative transfer call. The customer’s call is automatically put on hold.

2. Transfer the call to the employee:

Floating Window

Click Transfer button on Floating Window and choose the Contact to transfer call:
