Freshdesk Integration

You can use Google Chrome click-to-call extension for making outbound calls from Freshdesk via Softphone.Pro.

1. Open your Freshdesk account and go to your Profile settings:

2. Copy your API key:

3. Open Integration - Freshdesk settings section:

4. Enter your Company account name (symbols between https:// and freshdesk.com on any page of your Freshdesk site) and Authorization key you got during step 2:

5. Click Enable:

6. Integration status in settings will change to Account enabled. Click Save.

7. You can see an info from Freshdesk in incoming call pop-up window.

First line is the Contact name, next one is the name of the Company.

Click Contact's name to open related Freshdesk page.

8. Besides, you can see an info from Freshdesk in Active Calls window.

First line is the Contact name, next one is the name of the Company.

9. You can also see an info about the Contact from Freshdesk in the Call Log.
