Hold and unhold an active call

1. During the call click Hold button in the Active Calls window (if you can't see Active Calls window, make it visible) or in the Floating Window (if you can't see Floating Window, make it visible):

If you can't see Hold button in the Floating Window, click More actions button:

Show more actions in the Floating Window

2. The person you're talking to will be listening to the music on hold.

3. Click Unhold in the Active Calls window or in the Floating Window to resume the call:
