How to use disable Away and Busy status options on main window

You can disable options with Away and Busy status types on main window, so Agents can't select these status options manually.

1. Exit Softphone.Pro.

2. Open SoftphonePro.ini configuration file with a text edtior and add the following configuration parameters under AppSettings section:

[AppSettings]
AwayStatusSelectionDisabled=1
BusyStatusSelectionDisabled=1

3. Start Softphone.Pro. Make sure Away and Busy status options are disabled.
