How to disable Decline call and Ignore call buttons

Supported in Softphone.Pro 5.6 and newer.

A company's policy may be to forbid Agents to decline or ignore inbound calls. Follow this manual to hide “Decline” and “Ignore” buttons in the Agent's Softphone.Pro app.

This setting can be used in combination with delayed auto answer for Agent to have time to prepare for the incoming call without being able to decline or ignore it.

1. Close Softphone.Pro.

2. Open SoftphonePro.ini configuration file with a text editor, and in the [AppSettings] section set the following parameters:

  • HideDeclineButtonOnRingingPopup=1 - disables Decline call button;
  • HideIgnoreButtonOnRingingPopup=1 - disables Ignore call button.

3. Save changes and restart Softphone.Pro.

By default incoming call window looks like this:

After you apply the settings described above the Agent will only be able to accept the call:
