How to enable logging and view log file
1. Open Softphone.Pro main menu and select Settings.
2. Select Main section.
3. Enable Enable logging checkbox and select the appropriate log level in Log level dropdown. We recommend to select Debug log level if you want Softphone.Pro to output all the diagnostic information and dump SIP packets.
4. Softphone.Pro creates log files in a folder defined on Log file location. Softphone.Pro saves log files in the program data folder by default:
C:\Users\[WINDOWS-USER]\AppData\Local\SoftphonePro, [WINDOWS-USER] - Windows user name.
4. Softphone.Pro renames log file automatically when its size exceeds 1MB and stores last 3 log files: SoftphoneProLogFile.txt, SoftphoneProLogFile.1.txt, SoftphoneProLogFile.2.txt.
