Leitner headsets integration
Supported in Softphone.Pro 5.5 and newer.
Headset integration may not work properly when using headset with multiple apps at the same time.
Softphone.Pro is integrated with Leitner headsets — use for call control the following functional buttons:
- Answer;
- Hangup;
- Reject;
- Mute/unmute.
Should your headset supports status indication, the softphone can pass it to the headset. E.g. mic on/off indicator will be lighting upon pressing the button or muting the microphone in the Softphone.Pro application.
How to configure Leitner headsets integration:
1. Open Settings - Main section.
2. In the Headset integration dropdown pick Leitner:
3. Click Save.
4. Test your Leitner headset functional buttons by making a test call in Softphone.Pro.
