Microsoft Dynamics Integration
Use this click-to-call extension for Google Chrome should you want to make outbound calls from Microsoft Dynamics via Softphone.Pro.
Guide for admins
Foremost, it is necessary to configure your CRM for Softphone.Pro users to enable using Microsoft Dynamics integration in their apps. For this do the following:
1. Install Softphone.Pro app to your Azure portal using this link.
2. Go to your Power Platform admin center and open the Environments page.
3. In Users + permissions section open Application users page:
4. Click New app user:
5. Click Add an app button, then select Softphone.Pro app installed on step 1 and click Add:
6. Select Business unit from a dropdown list:
7. Click on a pencil icon next to Security roles header:
8. Select Sales system access role from the list and click Save:
9. If necessary, repeat steps 7 and 8 for every business unit you want to receive data from.
10. Click Create:
11. Softphone.Pro users need a Company account to configure their app. To obtain it open your Microsoft Dynamics portal and go to Extra Options in Settings:

13. Open Developer resources page:
14. In the Instance Web API section copy your domain (symbols between https://
and /api/data/...
) and send it to Softphone.Pro users who use the integration:

1. Open Integration — Microsoft Dynamics settings section:
2. Enter your Company account you received from your CRM administrator and click Enable:
3. Integration status in Settings changes to Account enabled. Click Save.
4. You can see info from Microsoft Dynamics in the incoming call pop-up window.
First line is the Contact name, the second one is for the name of the Company.
By clicking on the Contact's name it opens the related Microsoft Dynamics page.
5. Besides, you can see the info from Microsoft Dynamics in the Active Calls window.

6. The contact info gotten from Microsoft Dynamics is also shown in the Call Log.
