Multiple SIP accounts

You can use up to 32 SIP accounts. If you add more than 32 SIP accounts, Softphone.Pro can use the first 32 only.

1. Select SIP account before making a call

Select appropriate SIP account before making a call in the Outbound account dropdown. Softphone.Pro displays SIP account registration status with a color circle:

  • Gray - registration is disabled on SIP account settings
  • Red - registration failed. You can see detailed error information if you click Test connection button on SIP account settings
  • Green - successfully registered SIP account

Select outbound SIP account

Please note that when you redial a number from the Call Log or Active Calls window the call will go through the original SIP account the call was made with.

2. SIP account indication on incoming call

3.1. Enable Show the name of SIP accounts in History checkbox on Settings - Display:
