Pipedrive CRM Integration
You can use Google Chrome click-to-call extension if you want to make outbound calls from Pipedrive CRM using Softphone.Pro.
1. Open Integration - Pipedrive CRM settings section:
2. Copy app ID from integration settings:
3. Click Enable:
4. If you're not logged in Pipedrive CRM you'll see the Pipedrive authorization window. Enter your Pipedrive login and password.
5. Pipedrive CRM will ask you to authorize Softphone.Pro. Make sure correct user (1) and company (2) are selected:
6. Click Allow and install:
7. You'll be redirected to Pipedrive CRM Authorization page. Paste app ID you copied during step 2 into the textbox and press Send:
8. Integration status in settings will change to Account enabled. Click Save.
9. You can see Pipedrive CRM info in incoming call pop-up window.
First line is Contact's name, next line is Company name.
You can click Contact's name to open their Pipedrive CRM page.
10. You can see Pipedrive CRM info in Active Calls window.
