Pipeline CRM Integration
Please use this guide to set up integration of Softphone.Pro and Pipeline CRM. Then you can receive customer info from Pipeline CRM and display it in Softphone.Pro.
To make outbound calls via Softphone.Pro from Pipeline CRM, use this Google Chrome browser extension.
1. Configuring Softphone.Pro and Pipeline CRM integration
1.1. Log into Pipeline CRM as an admin and open Settings:

1.2. Go to API - API Integrations tab and click Add Integration:

1.3. Fill out these form fields:
- Application Name: enter Softphone.Pro;
- Owner Name: enter Administrator or your name;
- Owner Email: enter your Administrator's email;
- Owner Phone: enter your Administrator's phone;
- Authentication Strategy: select api_key;
- Public/Private: select Private.

1.4. Click Create API Integration:

1.5. Copy App key of your created API integration for later use:

1.6. Go to API - API Keys tab:

1.7. Copy your Authorization key from API KEY column and save it for later use:

1.8. Open Softphone.Pro settings (e.g., press Ctrl-S) and go to Integration - Pipeline CRM:

1.9. Enter integration credentials:
- Authorization key: Enter the key from step 1.7;
- App key: Paste the ID copied in step 1.5;

1.10. Click Enable:

1.11. If credentials are correct, the status will change to Account enabled:

1.12. Click Save.
2. Obtain Pipeline CRM Customer Data in Softphone.Pro
2.1. During inbound/outbound calls, softphone looks up client number in Pipeline CRM (in People and Companies).
If found, customer details are shown up in the incoming call pop-up window. Click the client's name to open related Pipeline CRM page:

2.2. Data from Pipeline CRM also appears in Active Calls window. Click client's name to open Pipeline CRM:

2.3. You can also see an info about the Contact from Pipeline CRM in the Call Log:

2.4. Right-click the call log entry and pick Open client information in CRM to navigate to client's CRM page:
