Salesforce Integration

You can use Google Chrome click-to-call extension for making outbound calls from Salesforce via Softphone.Pro.

1. Open Integration - Salesforce settings section:

2. Enter your Company account name (symbols between https:// and my.salesforce.com on any page of your Salesforce site) and click Enable:

3. Log into your Salesforce account:

4. If the correct data is entered, you see a notification on successful integration:

5. Integration status in settings changes to Account enabled. Click Save.

6. You can see an info from Salesforce in incoming call pop-up window.

First line is the Contact name, next one is the name of the Company.

Click Contact's name to open related Salesforce page.

7. Besides, you can see an info from Salesforce in Active Calls window.

First line is the Contact name, next one is the name of the Company.

8. You can also see an info about the contact from Salesforce in the Call Log.
