Setting up Teams
Supervisors can view data for her Teams only. So you can assign Agents to specific Teams to limit the scope of data Supervisors can view on Dashboard, Call Log and Reports.
The same user can be assigned to a Team as a Supervisor and as an Agent at the same time.
Assigning an Agent to a Team
1. Open the Settings - Users page and click user with the Agent role.
2. On a user's profile page assign an Agent to Teams.
3. Click Save to apply these settings.
Assigning a Supervisor to a Team
1. Opoen the Settings - Users page and click user with the Supervisor role.
2. On a user's profile page assign a Supervisor to Teams.
3. Click Save to apply these settings.
