SSL error on connecting to Softphone.Pro Team
If you see error with code 6 in the Agent's softphone while connecting to Softphone.Pro Team service please do the following:
The instructions are provided for Google Chrome and Windows 7.
1. On the current page click View site information - Connection os secure:
2. Click Certificate is valid:
3. Open Details tab, select GlobalSign and click Export:
4. Save the file to your PC and open it.
5. Click Install certificate:
6. Click Next:
7. Pick Place all certificates in the following store and click Browse:
8. Pick Trusted Root Certification Authorities and click OK:
9. Click Next and Finish:
10. Click Yes in the security warning window:
11. Restart the Agent's app and login into Softphone.Pro Team.
