User roles

There are 3 default user roles: Administrator, Supervisor and Agent. Below you can find the detailed description of each role.

Administrator

Administrator is the default user created automatically when you sign up for Softphone.Pro Team. Administrator will be able to:

  • Create, edit, block and delete Agents and Supervisors
  • Create, edit, delete Teams
  • Create, edit and delete Softphone.Pro provisioning templates
  • Edit Agent's Softphone.Pro provisioning configuration
  • Start and login Softphone.Pro on her computer
  • Access Dashboard
  • Access Call Log
  • Access Reports
  • Configure account settings

You'll receive Administrator's login credentials when you sign up for Softphone.Pro Team. Administrator can use their login and password to log in to Softphone.Pro as well.

Administrator (no subscription control)

Administrator (no subscription control) has the same privileges as Administrator, except for access to Payments page. They can:

  • Create, edit, block and delete Agents and Supervisors
  • Create, edit, delete Teams
  • Create, edit and delete Softphone.Pro provisioning templates
  • Edit Agent's Softphone.Pro provisioning configuration
  • Start and login Softphone.Pro on her computer
  • Access Dashboard
  • Access Call Log
  • Access Reports
  • Configure profile settings

You'll receive login credentials when you sign up for Softphone.Pro Team. Administrator (no subscription control) can use their login and password to log in to Softphone.Pro as well.

Supervisor

Supervisor has limited access to Softphone.Pro Team. They can see data for their Teams only. Supervisor will be able to:

  • Access Dashboard
  • Access Call Log
  • Access Reports
  • Start and login Softphone.Pro on their computer
  • Configure profile settings

Administrator can send a welcome email to Supervisor. Welcome email contains login page URL and Team login credentials. Supervisor can use their login and password to log in to Softphone.Pro as well.

Agent

Agent has a limited access to Softphone.Pro Team. They can see their calls only in the dashboard. Agent will be able to:

  • Use Softphone.Pro on their computer
  • Access Call Log (their calls only)
  • Access Reports (personal Calls per Agent and Availability per Agent reports only)
  • Configure profile settings

Administrator can send a welcome email to Agent containing the login credentials.
