User roles

There are 3 default user roles: Administrator, Supervisor and Agent. Below you can find the detailed description of each role.

Administrator

Administrator is the default user created automatically when you sign-up Softphone.Pro Team. Administrator will be able to:

  • Create, edit, block and delete Agents and Supervisors
  • Create, edit, delete Teams
  • Create, edit and delete Softphone.Pro provisioning templates
  • Edit Agent's Softphone.Pro provisioning configuration
  • Configure account settings
  • Start and login Softphone.Pro on her computer
  • Access Dashboard
  • Access Call Log
  • Access Reports

You'll receive Administrator's login credentials when you sing-up Softphone.Pro Team. Administrator can use her login and password to login Softphone.Pro as well.

Supervisor

Supervisor has limited access to Softphone.Pro Team. She can see data for her Teams only. Supervisor will be able to:

  • Access Dashboard
  • Access Call Log
  • Access Reports
  • Start and login Softphone.Pro on her computer

Administrator can send a welcome email to Supervisor. Welcome email contains login page URL and Team login credentials. Supervisor can use her login and password to login Softphone.Pro as well.

Agent

Agent will be able to:

  • Start and login Softphone.Pro on her computer

Administrator can send a welcome email to Agent containing the login credentials.
