VoiceXpert headsets integration

Supported in Softphone.Pro 5.5 and newer.

Softphone.Pro supports integration with VoiceXpert headsets. The following functional buttons work for call control:

  • Answer;
  • Hangup;
  • Reject;
  • Mute/unmute.

Softphone.Pro can pass status information to the headset should it support this feature. E.g. mic on/off indicator changes accordingly with pressing the button on the headset or microphone mute function in Softphone.Pro.

How to configure VoiceXpert headsets integration:

1. Open Settings - Main section.

2. In the Headset integration dropdown pick VoiceXpert:

3. Click Save.

4. Test your VoiceXpert headset functional buttons by making a test call in Softphone.Pro.
