Yealink headsets integration
Supported in Softphone.Pro 5.5 and newer.
Headset integration may not work properly when using headset with multiple apps at the same time.
Softphone.Pro supports integration with Yealink headsets.
You can use the following functional buttons of the headset or call control unit:
- Answer;
- Hangup;
- Reject;
- Mute/unmute.
If your headset supports status indication, softphone can pass them to the headset. For example, if the headset has mic on/off indicator it will be lighting up when you press the button or mute the microphone in the Softphone.Pro app.
How to configure Yealink headsets integration:
1. Open Settings - Main section.
2. In the Headset integration dropdown pick Yealink:
3. Click Save.
4. Test your Yealink headset functional buttons by making a test call in Softphone.Pro.
