This integration allows you to see Zendesk customer information in Softphone.Pro Incoming Call Notification and Active Calls windows. You can also click on customer name to open Zendesk profile.
You can use Google Chrome click-to-call extension if you want to make outbound calls from Zendesk using Softphone.Pro.
1. Open Integration - Zendesk settings section:
2. Enter the valid company's subdomain in Zendesk:
3. Click Enable button:
4. Click the Authorization link:
5. If you're not logged in Zendesk you'll see the Zendesk authorization window. Enter your Zendesk login and password. Grant the permissions to Softphone.Pro for Zendesk integration:
6. Once you grant permissions you'll be redirected to authorization page. Copy authorization code to the clipboard:
7. Paste the authorization code and click Send button:
8. Make sure that Authorization status is now Successfully authorized and click Save button:
9. Now you can see the customer information in Softphone.Pro and open Zendesk customer profile:
