Zoho Desk Integration

You can use Google Chrome click-to-call extension for making outbound calls from Zoho Desk via Softphone.Pro.

1. Open your Zoho Desk account and go to Preferences page:

2. Open API page (1) and copy your Org Id (2):

3. Open Integration - Zoho Desk settings section:

4. Enter your Org Id you copied at step 2 into the Company account field. Please also enter your Zoho Desk Server. Click Enable:

5. You will be prompted with a request for permission to access your Zoho Desk data. Click Accept:

6. If the correct data is entered, you see a notification on successful integration:

7. Integration status in settings changes to Account enabled. Click Save.

8. You can see an info from Zoho Desk in incoming call pop-up window.

First line is the Contact name, next one is the name of the Company.

Click Contact's name to open related Zoho Desk page.

9. Besides, you can see an info from Zoho Desk in Active Calls window.

First line is the Contact name, next one is the name of the Company.

10. You can also see an info about the Contact from Zoho Desk in the Call Log.
