Softphone.Pro Team is a cloud service hosted on our servers.
Once enabled, it collects call data from Softphone.Pro apps on agent computers and sends it to the Team server. You can use this data to view a real-time dashboard, monitor agent statuses, and build reports.
Softphone.Pro Team does not replace your SIP server or PBX, and it does not act as a SIP intermediary. You continue using your existing telephony infrastructure.
Yes. A Softphone.Pro Team license includes the Softphone.Pro desktop app, so you do not need to buy it separately.
Yes. Go to Settings > Company and upload your logo at the bottom of the page.
