Your request will be processed manually. It usually takes up to 3 working days to process a request and set up new Softphone.Pro Team account. You'll receive an invitation email with login information once we finish the account set up process.

Softphone.Pro Team is online service hosted on our servers.

You can enable Team Add-On on your Softphone.Pro installations (Softphone.Pro 3 and higher are supported). Once enabled Team Add-On collects call data on agent computers and sends it to the Team Server. You can view real-time dashboard, agents list with their statuses and build inbound\outbound call reports using the Team Control Panel.

Team Server doesn't replace your SIP server or act as SIP intermediary. You still use your existing SIP server, PBX or call-center software.

We need to allocate our server resources to process and store call data.
