Luckily, this is a happy end story (and our game too). We care of data and ensure safe keeping and backup. Moreover, many clients also upload records to a cloud drive — Google, Dropbox or alike ⛅

It would not go amiss to say that with Softphone.Pro it's quick and simple: Third-party Systems — Add Handler — Call end — Launch a program.

Finally, in URL fild type:

C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /c robocopy %LOCALAPPDATA%\SoftphonePro\records %USERPROFILE%\Dropbox\

Instead of Dropbox could be Google Drive, OneDrive etc. Just replace it with the proper one: usually, the target folder is

• for Google Drive — %USERPROFILE%\Google Drive\
• for Microsoft OneDrive — %USERPROFILE%\OneDrive\
