Mid-year review and 2H 2024 incredible announcement
We are halfway between 2024 and 2025. Time to sum it up and look into the future!
WHAT HAPPENED
The world learned about versions 5.5 and 5.6 that delivered many tasty features:
- victory over echo;
- integration with Yealink and Leitner USB HID headsets;
- hiding “Decline” and “Ignore” buttons;
- record of the agent’s channel only;
- timeout for auto answer;
- Zoho Desk support;
- and other beauties.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SUMMER
The 5.7 release for Win и macOS is coming soon. There will be enhanced capabilities for Cisco XML, DTMF handler, selective BLF, and many other improvements.
