Softphone Software Review vol. 5 — 3CX
The fifth episode in our series! Today a guest star is 3CX — the first commercial edition of the product was launched in 2007. Softphone.Pro appeared a decade later and also gained numerous followers among companies and individuals who see not price only but value too.
Yet another interesting comparison — not Acrobits vs Blink, not Cisco Jabber vs Avaya, but 3CX vs Softphone.Pro!
The bell rings!

The final decision is always up to you, we just summarize. 3CX is very compact on the screen; as for design, unlikely one can call it mainstream. Softphone.Pro with all optional windows takes more display space but allows to disable them; moreover, it has scale options — from 50% to 200%, a very practical and useful feature.
Besides, 3CX is free and Softphone.Pro is as cheap as a cup of coffee once a month and offers many reporting options and much integration opportunities. Good choice for those who can handle finances.
See you soon!
