The final decision is always up to you, we just summarize. CloudCall's latest release from our point of view seem to be interesting but a bit contradictive: it is well-designed and ergonomical but we faced several dropped calls during the test so we can hardly say it is 100 percent stable. By the way in Softpphone.Pro solution there is a Team addon which shows lost calls reasons (like what specialized Asternic and QueueMetrics do).
