You have probably guessed that today we welcome Aircall. And that means we are going to enlarge our softphone software collection and collate this product with Softphone.Pro, a yardstick for all occasions (let us just note that we have already reviewed Bria, Zoiper, Acrobits, Linphone, and 3CX, please see below). Both are call center software, both are for teams (and remote teams as well), so the comparison promises to be interesting.

The final decision is always up to you, we just summarize. Aircall is well wrought and well integrated with CRM system; the same we can say about Softphone.Pro. With that Aircall is heavier and more expensive — Softphone.Pro looks like more happiness for less money.
